Admissions

The Academy will be using the SEAG Entrance Test for entry in 2024/25. Test undertaken in November 2024.

Thank you for registering your child to take the SEAG Entrance Assessment in St Patrick’s Academy on 16th and 23rd November 2024.

 

Arrangements (same for both days)

  • Primary schools have been allocated specific arrival and collection times. Please click on the following link for details: Timetable for Test Days
  • Primary schools have been listed in alphabetical order for ease of reference.
  • Please note that your Parking Zones and Entrances are the same as were used for familiarisation.

 

Pupil Registration Card

You must remember to download and PRINT your pupil registration card from the SEAG website: https://seagni.co.uk/

 

1)Please log onto your SEAG account and select your pupil application.

2)Then select ACTIONS

3)Then select DOWNLOAD PUPIL CARD. This will contain your Assessment Information.

 

  • This is the only thing that your child should bring with them on the morning of the assessment.
  • Please adhere to the rules and regulations set out on the pupil card.
  • Your child will be met at their designated entrance by a member of staff.
  • It will not be possible for parents to enter the school beyond the designated entrances.

 

Please be mindful of the volume of traffic that we will expect on both days.  The time of your arrival has been carefully planned to ensure that the flow of traffic runs smoothly around the campus.  Please adhere to your designated arrival time.  After you drop your child off there will be parking available at the pavilion should you wish to stay on site and wait for your child to finish the assessment.

 

In an emergency if you need to contact the school on the day of the assessment please telephone the school office on 028 8772 7400.

 

If your child has decided to not sit the test please contact Mrs M Martin on 028 87727400 or via email on mmartin646@c2kni.net in advance of 16th November 2024.

 

Registration

Key Dates

  • Monday 20th May 2024 (8.00am) The Registration Period opens on a portal within the SEAG website (www.seagni.co.uk)
  • Friday 20th September 2024 (11.59pm) The Registration Period closes.
  • Saturday 16th November 2024 (AM) Entrance Assessment Paper 1.
  • Saturday 23rd November 2024 (AM) Entrance Assessment Paper 2.
  • Saturday 25th January 2025 Entrance Assessment outcomes are published

Please Note

  • Only pupils who have been registered will be able to sit the SEAG Entrance Assessment
  • It is the responsibility of Parents / Guardians to register their children to sit the Assessment
  • The Entrance Assessment consists of both Paper 1 and Paper 2 and pupils sit both Papers
  • The Specification for the SEAG 2024 Entrance Assessment is the same as for the 2023 Entrance Assessment and is published on the SEAG Website
  • The Format of the SEAG 2024 Entrance Assessment is the same as for the 2023 Entrance Assessment and is published on the SEAG Website
